Now maybe Winston County can move out of the 18th Century when it comes to police/legal issues.... I wonder if a certain individual that used to build boat docks and received an intrest-free loan from one of our members, would be able to get off after some changes are put in place?

I talked to Rick at the music festival next to his house. He said there will be more of them and I see that more cleaning up and work has been done there.
